Prohibited Activities
While using “QuizletLive,” you agree not to engage in any of the following:

However, by submitting content to “QuizletLive,” you grant Quizlet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content as part of providing the Service.

All content and intellectual property associated with “QuizletLive,” including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Quizlet or its licensors. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the content without explicit permission from Quizlet.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available.” Quizlet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Service, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs. Quizlet does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizlet shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Quizlet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Quizlet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease immediately.
Amendments
Quizlet reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
